What I need from you
Every email sent to this address gets read. A response requires the following.
01
A blurb
One paragraph. What you are building, why it matters, and why now. Use your tools. If you are not using AI to help write and sharpen this, you are already at a disadvantage. Clarity and conviction matter. Polish does not.

A one-pager
One A4 page only. Cover the business, the market, the team, and the ask. If you cannot say it in one page, you have not yet found the clarity. A deck will not be read where a one-pager would do.

Something about you
A resume, a bio, or a LinkedIn, whatever form makes most sense. MX Squared invests in people as much as ideas. Help establish who you are before the conversation begins.

Ideally, a reference
Someone I can speak to about you and your work. Not mandatory, but it meaningfully increases the probability I respond. A warm introduction from someone I trust will always move faster than a cold email.
